We want you to love your Hill House Home pieces, which is why we offer a 15-day return window for all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email to be printed and attached to your return package.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original box or a similar mailer and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating your label.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically appearing within 5-10 business days.
